Tuition Payment Plan – Due June 10th

View Fee Schedule

  • Log into FACTS to set up a payment plan.  Check your email for a welcome message from FACTS with login credentials.
  • OR Complete this QTR payment form
  • OR Payment in full maybe be sent to: Ma’ayanot Yeshiva HS for Girls, 1650 Palisade Avenue, Teaneck, NJ 07666

Applications are available online at www.yeshivahaid.org   Review these Guidelines before applying.

Health & Parent Permission Forms

  • Log in to the Magnus Health portal  Check your email for a welcome message from Magnus with credentials or click “Need Help Logging in”
  • Download the Magnus Parent App
  • Immunization Records and Vital Health Record are due June 8th.  All other forms are due Aug 31st.  Please note we do not accept religious exemptions.
  • Review the List of all required forms

Seforim Orders – Due June 15th

  • ViewBook/PriceList –  Early Bird Prices Expire June 7th

School Supplies (general suggestions)

  • Two loose-leaf notebooks with paper and enough room for multiple subjects OR regular notebooks and pocket folders for hand-outs
  • Pens, pencils, and highlighters
  • Three-hole puncher
  • Ruler, including inches and centimeters
  • Graph paper
  • Graphing calculator: TI 84 series
