Financial Aid
As is long-standing school policy, the scholarship committee reviews all applications with the understanding that yeshiva tuition takes priority over discretionary spending. Please review the Financial Aid Guidelines & Financial Aid Instructions at maayanot.org/financial-aid
Deadline for Financial Aid applications is May 10th.
Ma'ayanot cannot guarantee funds will be available for applications received after the deadline.
Applications cannot be processed without the required supporting documentation. -
Tuition Statement 2022-23
This is a generic view of tuition for 2022-2023. The business office will provide each family with their customized tuition statement once registered.

FACTS
FACTS is a tuition management service that provides secure payment through credit card or direct deposit. You will receive monthly reminders from FACTS about your upcoming payments. Use this link to log into your account. New accounts are set up with a unique link sent by the business office

B6T Form
Any NJ resident who lives between 2 1/2 and 20 miles from the school in a district that provides payment in lieu of transportation should complete and return this form by March 10th. This typically includes students living in Fair Lawn, Clifton, Englewood, and West Orange.

Ma'ayanot Health Form
This health form must be completed by your physician and submitted prior to entering Ma'ayanot. The date of your daughter's most recent physical exam must be within 365 days of her entering school. This form must be submitted by uploading to the Magnus Health web portal.

Asthma Treatment Plan
This form must be completed for all students with Asthma and updated annually. Please submit on the Magnus Health web portal.

Allergy Action Plan
This form must be completed for all students with Asthma and updated annually. Please submit on the Magnus Health web portal.

Medication Administration Form
This form must be completed for all students who take medications, INCLUDING ALL EPIPEN USERS, on a regular basis. The form must be updated annually. It MUST be on file with the nurse's office in order for BOTH the nurse to help administer AND for the student to self-medicate. Please submit on the Magnus Health web portal.

Seizure Action Plan
For students with a seizure disorder, this action plan must be completed and submitted to the nurse through the Magnus Health web portal.
Athletics

Pre-Participation Athletic Form
This form is a state requirement for all student athletes. It must be completed by your daughter's physician; please note the exam must include a cardiac exam in addition to your regular screenings at a normal physical. The date of the last physical exam must be less than 365 days from the first day of practice for her team sport. If the exam date is more than 90 days prior to the first date of practice, then the parent is required to complete the Health History Update. Please submit on the Magnus Health web portal.

Sudden Cardiac Death in Young Athletes Pamphlet
The state requires all student athletes and her parents to read this pamphlet about the risks of sudden cardiac death in young athletes.

Sudden Cardiac Sign-Off Form
After reading the pamphlet about Sudden Cardiac Death in Young Athletes, this acknowledgement form must be signed by a parent and student through the Magnus Health web portal.

Concussion Fact Sheet
The state requires all student athletes and her parents to read this pamphlet about the risk of concussions in young athletes and important information to know if your daughter ever experiences a head injury.

The state requires all student athletes and her parents to read this pamphlet about the risks of eye injury in young athletes.
Academic

Seforim Orders
Students are required to have her own chumash, navi and gemara for class. Orders may be placed through Ma'ayanot until June 30th (optional).

Summer Assignments
Each grade has a summer reading and summer Tanakh assignments. Some AP classes also have summer assignments.

Parent Student Handbook 2022-2023
Students and parents are requested to carefully read the student handbook regarding all school policies including class changes, attendance and residency requirements, grading policies, dress code, and disciplinary policies as well as information regarding extra-curricular activities, faculty assistance, etc.

Family - Teacher Conferences
At Ma’ayanot, Family-Teacher Conferences are a key part of our communication about your daughter’s progress. Unique to Ma’ayanot, we encourage both parents and students to meet with teachers together to have a shared conversation.

Yearbook Ads
Each senior is required to submit $250 in yearbook ads or to pay the difference for ads not collected. Ads can be uploaded directly to our yearbook publication site.
360 Parent Portal
Our school management system is referred to as “360.” Parents and students should log in often to check for homework assignments, upcoming tests, grades on assignments, progress reports and report cards.
How to Register
Returning families should please use their existing login information from last year.
New families should click “Register.”
1. Create an account by typing in a username and password. Make sure to enter your email address that you use to receive Ma’ayanot emails.
2. Check your email for a confirmation email and click on the link.

The Magnus Health web portal collects all forms the school needs, including Health forms for the nurse and athletic departments and technology forms required before iPads are distributed.
This portal also collects emergency contact information to be used not only during the school day but also for school trips and shabbatons.
